Aikido Security has published Altar-1, its first open-weight model: a compressed copy of Z.AI's GLM-5.3, pruned (parts of the trained network removed) down to 328 GB. The weights are public on Hugging Face and run under vLLM. Aikido built it to sit inside infrastructure the customer controls, and it powers Aikido Machine, the company's autonomous pentesting appliance — software that probes a network for exploitable weaknesses — for on-premises and air-gapped networks (ones with no outside connection). No benchmark scores, evaluation dates or licence terms are given, and the only account of the release is Aikido's own.
